Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the AgniCorp website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access or use AgniCorp's services including social media management, content creation, performance marketing, video production, SEO strategy, influencer marketing, and creator management.

AgniCorp provides social media management and digital marketing services through the following packages:

Scout (₹12,000/month) — Content Strategy & Consultation Only

Captain (₹20,000/month) — Strategy + Management (Without Editing)

Commander (₹25,000/month) — Full-Service Management (With Basic Editing)

Apex (₹40,000/month) — Premium Growth Package (Advanced Editing & Strategy)

Enterprise — Custom Full-Service Solution with tailored pricing

Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope of work will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals sent to clients.

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. USD equivalents are approximate and may vary based on exchange rates.

Payment is due before the start of each monthly service period unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, and other methods as agreed upon.

Late payments may incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.

AgniCorp reserves the right to pause or suspend services if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date.

Clients may cancel their monthly subscription with 15 days written notice before the next billing cycle.

No refunds will be provided for partially completed monthly service periods.

If AgniCorp is unable to deliver agreed-upon services due to internal reasons, a pro-rated refund or credit will be provided.

Custom/Enterprise projects follow the cancellation terms specified in the individual service agreement.

Provide necessary access, credentials, and materials required for service delivery in a timely manner.

For Scout package: Client handles content creation, editing, and posting.

For Captain package: Client provides content/footage; AgniCorp handles posting, scheduling, engagement, and captions.

For Commander package: Client provides raw content/footage; AgniCorp handles complete content creation, editing, and posting.

Respond to approvals and feedback requests within 48 hours to avoid delays in service delivery.

Ensure all provided content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

All content created by AgniCorp during the service period is the property of the client upon full payment.

AgniCorp retains the right to showcase work in portfolio/case studies unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

Client-provided materials remain the intellectual property of the client.

AgniCorp's proprietary strategies, workflows, templates, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of AgniCorp.

AgniCorp provides marketing and social media management services based on industry best practices and data-driven strategies. However, we cannot guarantee specific results such as follower counts, engagement rates, or revenue figures.

AgniCorp's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

AgniCorp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We are not responsible for changes to social media platform algorithms, policies, or outages that may affect service delivery.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the engagement.

This includes business strategies, financial information, client data, and any other information marked as confidential.

This obligation survives the termination of services for a period of two (2) years.

AgniCorp reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing clients via email or website notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
